The Supreme Court (MA) accepted the petition of reconsideration (PK) filed by Kwee Cahyadi Kumala aka Swie Teng and so, the court reduced the prison term of the owner of PT Sentul City (BKSL) Tbk and President Commissioner of PT Bukit Jonggol Asri (BJA) from 5 years to only 2.5 years.
