JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.5% at 5201 this morning to tracking regional markets following gain in Wall Street.

Nymex’s crude oil inched down 0.09% to US$91.45 per barrel in Asian trading and gold declined 0.13% to US$1,220.70 per ounce.

Property and banking stocks were focus of buying. Alam Sutera gained 2.09%, Bumi Serpong Damai hiked 2.55%, Bank Central Asia rose 1.4%, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia increased 1.18%.

Jababeka also lifted 1.5%, London Sumatra climbed 1.06%, Waskita Karya gained 1.14%, and Multipolar jumped 7.82%.

While BW Plantation dropped further 25% to Rp540 per share after losing 24% yesterday, the day it resumed trading after the period of suspension.
