JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – JP Morgan Chase Bank (Indonesia branch) booked profit after tax of Rp202 billion in first half of 2016, grew by 78.76% from Rp113 billion in the same period of 2015.
Net interest income rose 28.4% to Rp316.7 billion from previous Rp246 billion. Net interest margin (NIM) was 3.85%. Operating profit jumped 86.8% to Rp368 billion from earlier Rp197 billion.
The bank’s assets reached Rp18.9 trillion of which credit accounted for Rp3.97 trillion, a 27.7% growth. Its liability totaled Rp18.8 trillion with third party funds amounting Rp5.62 trillion.
JP Morgan Chase Bank has capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of 37.15% and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) stood at 70.73%.
