JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State financing firm PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) provides Rp190 billion, for the first time, to Bank Riau Kepri, to refinance housing loan or mortgage loan.
SMF focuses to provide loans to regional development banks (BPD), to boost loan for housing at regional areas. The government has set its program for developing one-million homes.
SMF has provides loans to 9 BPDs, BPD DKI, Bank Nagari, BPD NTB, BPD Kalsel, BPD Kalbar, BPD DIY, BPD Jateng, BPD Sumut, and Bank Riau Kepri.
