JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Ciputra Residence plans to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion this week, to fund business expansion.
The bond will be issued in 3 series; series A amounting Rp200 billion, series B Rp220 billion, and series C Rp80 billion.
Series A bond with tenor of 3 years offers coupon of 11.4%, series B with tenor of 5 years offers coupon of 12.4%, and series C with tenor of 7 years offers coupon of 13%.
The bond offering is scheduled for March 25-27, 2014.
