JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) plans to issue bonds and syariah bonds (Islamic bonds) worth Rp2.5 trillion this year, of which syariah bonds amounts Rp500 billion, part of its Rp9 trillion bonds issue program.

The book building started on May 29, 2015 and will last in June 8, 2015. The offering is scheduled for June 18-19, 2015.

The bonds proceeds aim to support this year’s financing. The company targets to book new financing of Rp35.8 trillion this year, a 5% higher compared to Rp34.1 trillion last year. In the first quarter of this year, Adira has booked new financing of Rp7 trillion, declined 13.5% from Rp8.1 trillion in the same period of 2014.

While state owned financing firm PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) also plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.5 trillion in this year. The government also plans to inject Rp1 trillin to PNM by end of this year.

PNM also mulls to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp150 billion and to seek bank loan of Rp350 billion.
