JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) plans to spin-off its monorail business entity, through setting up new unit engaged in monorail business next year.
ADHI plans to build monorail connecting Bekasi and Cawang, Cibubur-Cawang, Cawang-Kuningan, and Dukuh Atas-Kuningan-Semanggi-Senayan-Palmerah. The first phase of construction will take 3 years and cost Rp8.2 trillion.
ADHI will pay dividend of Rp121.7 billion for 2013 fiscal year, or Rp67.71 per share, representing 30% of 2013′s net profit (Rp405.98 billion).
ADHI allocates Rp422.4 billion for funding its hotel business this year.
