JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Dafam Group plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) in 2017, targeting to raise Rp100 billion to Rp1 trillion funds.
Billy Dahlan, president director of Dafam Group, said the company intends to offer 40% shares to public. It opts to, at first phase, offer shares through private placement mechanism, followed by the IPO.
The company needs to have the strategic partner to help accelerate the Group’s business growth.
Dafam Group now has 200 hectares land area to be developed for property business such as hotels and housing.
Dafam targets to have 7-8 hotels and operate 40 hotels by 2015. Dafam booked revenues of Rp150 billion in first half of 2014. It targets to book revenues of Rp350 billion this year.
