JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Broadcasting media company PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) to accelerate the payment of syndicated loan of Rp442.3 billion to Credit Suisse Singapore branch.
Erick Thohir, VIVA’s president director, said the debt payment will also be funded by syndicated loan of US$80 millon coordinated by Deutche Bank AG Singapore branch.
Debt to Credit Suisse carries coupon of 7.5% plus Libor (London interbank offered rate) and has tenor of 4 years. The loan was made in September 2010.
The company booked revenue of Rp545.88 billion and comprehensive profit of Rp17.27 billion in the first half of 2012. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
