JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Independent tower operator PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) booked net profit of Rp302.66 billion in first quarter (Q1) of 2013, jumped 91% from Rp158.62 billion in the same period of 2013. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp58.60.
Revenue reached Rp617.63 billion, doubled from Rp309.53 billion in Q1 of 2012. Operating profit was Rp471.77 billion.
The company collected revenue of Rp151.8 billion from PT Indosat Tbk, Rp144.7 billion from Telkomsel and Rp82.69 billion from Telkom. The rest revenue came from XL Axiata, Hutchison CP Telecommunication, Axis Telekom Indonesia, Bakrie Telecom and Smartfren Telecom.
TBIG’s assets totaled Rp14.89 trillion while liability amounted Rp10.63 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp247.57 billion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
