JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk (TLKM) plans to issue bonds worth Rp5 trillion early next year, part of its Rp12 trillion bond issue program.
The company had issued bonds worth Rp7 trillion in the first half of 2015. TLKM needs funds to acquire AP Teleguam Holding Inc.
Telkom booked net profit of Rp7.45 trillion in the first half of 2015, inched up 2.2% from Rp7.28 trillion in the corresponding period of 2014 due to weaker margins in the second quarter.
