JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) plans to expand its commercial business district (CBD) with investment cost of Rp227 billion.
It plans to launch Suryacipta Square project, first phase, in Suryacipta City of Industry area in Karawang, West Java. Suryacipta Square is the first business district in Karawang.
SSIA plans to raise US$100 million loan, equivalent Rp1.1 trillion, in the second half of this year, used to fund its office tower project in Jakarta area which costs US$150 million.
SSIA also allocates Rp300 billion for hotel expansion this year. In 2015, the company also targets to launch 5 hotels project.
