JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) booked marketing sales of Rp2 trillion in first quarter of this year, representing 44.44% of this year’s target (Rp4.5 trillion).
The biggest contribution is remain from Kelapa Gading Mall and Serpong Mall. The company targets to acquire more than 100 hectares land in some areas such as Bekasi, Bandung and Jakarta.
SMRA plans to issue bond worth Rp1 trillion in fourth quarter of this year. The company is also seeking Rp700 billion bank loan for funding its property projects this year.
The company, controlled by Soetjipto Nagaria family, is now working on four hotel projects located in Jakarta, Bekasi and Bali. These hotel projects are targeted to commence operations by early 2015.
