JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Sugih Energy Tbk (SUGI) has acquired 51% stake in Eurorich Group Ltd, holder of 100% participating right in Kalyani block, South Sumatera and Jambi.
Fachmi Zarkasi, SUGI’s director, said in press statement that Sugih has in September 2012 signed share tranfer agreement with Eurorich Investment Holding Ltd as owner of Eurorich Group.??
Sugih had previously acquired oil and gas blcok, Lemang PSC, and PT Resources Jaya Teknik Manajemen Indonesia (RMI) that provide services for drilling oil and gas including construction of production facility and maintenance.(hans@theindonesiatoday)??
