SINGAPORE (Indonesia Today) – Goldpetrol JOC Inc, a company jointly controlled by Interra Resources Ltd, has completed drilling of infill development well YNG 3246 in the Yenangyaung oil field in Myanmar.

Interra, controlled by Indonesian tycoon Edwin Soeryadjaya, has a 60% interest in the Improved Petroleum Recovery Contract of the field and also owns 60% of Goldpetrol, which is the operator of the field.

YNG 3246 was drilled as an infill development well to nine wells in this fault block which produce oil from primary objective 2700FT through 3100FT sandstone reservoirs.
