JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) plans to build new mall in Sentul City area which costs Rp800 billion in partnership with AEON Mall from Japan.
The construction of mall is scheduled for late this year or early next year and will take 3 years for completion. As at June this year, BKSL’s cash and cash equivalent reached Rp388.64 billion.
BKSL’s sales revenue collapsed almost 50% to Rp123.8 billion in first quarter of 2014, while gross profit tumbled 75% to Rp27.8 billion.
