JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT. Sekar Bumi, Tbk., a manufacturer and distributor of Frozen Food Products, announced today it plans to relist its shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) along with its improving financial performance and market prospect.
The company had in 1993 listed at IDX but it decided to delist from stock exchange in 1999 as its financial performance was hit by economic crisis occured since 1997.
Sekar Bumi said it will relist 851,391,894 shares with nominal price of Rp100 per share and will be traded with code of SKBM.
Headquartered in Sidoarjo, East Java, Sekar Bumi is well-known for the frozen food products specialized in shrimps and fish with its iconic brands including FINNA, SKB, and Bumifood.
