JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – India-based Religare Securities Lts will acquire PT Bloom Nusantara Capital, to become the majority shareholder, Bisnis Indonesia reported.
Bloom Capital now acts as trader for securities in Indonesia with net adjusted working capital (MKBD) reaching Rp28.95 billion as of OCtober 2012, declined 19.6% from Rp36.01 billion in the same period of 2011.
