JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Permata Ratnamulia had early this month sold 755 million shares of property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), representing 7.28% of its enlarged capital.

Permata sold DILD shares at price of Rp315 per share, to get proceeds of Rp237.83 billion in total. Permata said the divestment aims to realize its gain in investment.

At 10.03 am Jakarta time, DILD gained 1.43% to Rp355 per share. At this price, it has market capitalization of Rp3.67 trillion.

As of November 2012, Intiland’s shareholders are UBS AG Singapore (22.24%), Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust (19.89%), Permata Ratnamulia (7.28%) and public investors (the rest). (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
