The benchmark April 2013 contracts of CPO gained RM18 to RM2418 per ton on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives this morning, while May contracts edged up RM16 to RM2435 per ton.
Plantation shares, however, were mostly lower ground. The newly listed MAG Plantations down 3.16% in Jakarta, while Tunas Baru Lampung and Astra Agro slipped 2% and 0.52% respectively.
