SINGAPORE, Indonesia Today – Oilfield Services & Supplies Pte Ltd (OSSPL), 60%-owned subsidiary of EMS Energy Ltd, forms joint venture partnership with PT Expertest Kaliper Nusantara Expert and Ernie Ng.
The JV, named PT Oilfield Services & Supplies (OSS), has initial paid up capital of S$800,000. OSSPL will take 30% interest while Expertest and Ernie Ng will bag 45% and 25% in OSS respectively.
Expertest an Indonesian manufacturer of artificial pump assembly and services its major customers comprising mainly independent oil drilling companies with onshore operations. Expertest is also an approved vendor of Pertamina.
Ernie Ng is a Singaporean businessman and owns an engineering company in Singapore which services wireline activities, and his major customers are Chevron in Thailand and Murphy Oil in Malaysia.
