JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia’ export value reached US$15.72 billion in October 2013, grew by 6.87% from September 2013. Compared to October 2012, the figure rose 2.59%.

Non oil and gas export increased 5.7% to US$12.99 billion, and rose 2.55% compared to October 2012.

For January-September period, the country’s total export reached US$149.66 billion, a 5.46% decline compared to October 2012. Non oil gas export also fell 3.01% to US$123.19 billion.

While Indonesia’s import value reched US$15.67 billion in October 2013, increased 1.06% from previous month. Compared to October 2012, the figure declined 8.9%.

For January-October 2013 period, the country’s import value reached US$156.02 billion, declined 1.98% from the same period of 2012. Import of non oil and gas accounted for US$118.92 billion, a 4.4% decline.
