KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – Teknik Janakuasa Sdn Bhd (TJSB), subsidiary of MMC COrporation Berhad, has established new subsidiary PT Teknik Janakuasa in Indonesia.
Teknik Janakuasa Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned subsidiary of MMC’s 51%-owned subsidiary Malakoff Corporation Berhad, controls 95% shares in the Indonesian subsidiary.
The balance of shares held by Meutia H Besila.
PT Teknik Janakuasa has paid-up capital of Rp5.12 billion. “This is part of TJSB’s expansion plan to bid for new contracts for the provision of operations and maintenance services of power plants and or other utility plants in Indonesia,” MMC said in a disclosure to Bursa Malaysia today.
