VANCOUVER (Yosefardi) – MicroCoal International Inc (MCII), subsidiary of CNSX-listed Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc, has signed a letter of intent with PT Citicon Energy (CEN) for a power plant facility in South Kalimantan.
Carbon Friendly Solutions informed CNSX this week that MicroCoal will undertake construction of a commercial MicroCoal installation for CEN’s PT Wijaya Tri Utama (WTU) power plant facility in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
According to the LOI, CEN will provide MCI with cost proposals for construction of the facility, while MCII and CEO will be responsible for the construction of the installation.
MicroCoal claims its patented technology can improve coal-fired utilities’ economic performance by reducing input costs and environmental footprint.
