SINGAPORE (Indonesia Today) – Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) has entered into conditional sale and purchase agreements with Polaris Investment Limited in relation to the acquisition of 389 strata title units in Palembang Square, a four-level retail mall in Palembang, South Sumatra.
LMIR Trust has also entered into agreements with Polaris in relation to the acquisition of Palembang Square Extension, a one-level underground retail mall in Palembang.
