JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) ??? Indonesian government is ready to face arbitration battle against mining company Churchill Mining Plc. Law Minister Amir Syamsuddin revealed that two foreign arbitrators have been appointed to face the mining company.
The law minister has been appointed as coordinator of the arbitration process in International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputed (ICSID). He claimed that he already has a plan in the legal battle.
