JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Steel producer PT Krakatau Steel Tbk (KRAS) suffered loss of US$29.78 million in 2012, compared to profit US$149.59 million in 2011.
Net revenue increased to US$2.29 billion from previous US$2.03 billion. Cost of goods sold reached US$2.17 billion, then gross profit was US$122.42 million.
Operating profit dropped to US$15.93 million, from US$114.23 million in 2011.
Its assets totaled US$2.56 billion while liability amounted US$1.45 billion. It has cash and cash equivalent of US$270.27 million.
