JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia’ export value reached 14.48 billion in January 2014, declined 14.16% from US$16.98 billion in December 2013. Compared to January 2013, the figure was down 5.79%.

Non oil and gas export fell 11.6% to US$11.99 billion, down 5.76% compared to January 2013.

Export non oil and gas to China reached US$1.82 billion, followed by United States US$1.29 billion, and Japan US$1.2 billion. Export to European Union totaled US$1.47 billion.

While Indonesia’s import value reached US$14.92 billion in January 2014, down 3.5% compared to US$15.46 billion in December 2013. Compared to January 2013, the figure declined 3.46%.

Import of non oil and gas reached US$11.36 billion, increased 1.13% from December 2013, but down 1.07% compared to January 2013.
