JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) targets to book revenue of Rp1.87 trillion in 2014, grew by 20% from Rp1.56 trillion estimated for this year.

While net profit is also expected to grow by 20% to Rp262.08 billion next year, compared to Rp218.4 billion projected for this year.

Intiland targets to book sales of Rp2.64 trillion in 2014, grew by minimum 20% from estimated Rp2.2 trillion this year. The company is optimistic to achieve this target along with its strong funding support and expansion program.

Intiland, also PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA), plans to build a megaproject by-creation island in Pluit area, North Jakarta which will cost Rp52.5 trillion. PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) will invest Rp7.5 trillion in this project.
