JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Indosat’s American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) have been delisted from New York Stock Exchange effective today.
Indosat said the delisting of its ADRs has become effective as of the close of trading on Wednesday (May 15).
“In connection with the delisting, Indosat intends to terminate the registration of its shares with the US SEC,” Indosat said.
Indosat shares closed lower by 1.75% to Rp5600 in Jakarta today. The stock rallied from as low as Rp3425 in June 2012 to as high as Rp7200 early this year, but has since retreated to Rp5600.
