JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.04% at 4594 this morning to tracking regional and Wall Street.

Wall Street’s Dow Jones index ended higher on Thursday after a reading on manufacturing activity hit almost a four-year high, while news on Facebook and Tesla drove their shares to record highs, Reuters reported.

Nymex’s crude oil inched up 0.02% to US$102.77 per barrel and gold rose 0.28% to US$1,320.60 per ounce.

In Jakarta bourse, Alam Sutera gained 2.65%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia rose 1.05%, Bank Negara Indonesia increased 1%, Jababeka hiked 1.37%, Kalbe Farma lifted 1.39%, London Sumatra up 1%, and Telkom climbed 1.48%.
