JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened lower 0.875 at 4352 this morning while regional markets were mixed.

Asian shares were mixed on Tuesday as caution reigned after Wall Street skidded as investors awaited this week’s U.S. Federal Reserve policy decision, Reuters reported.

Nymex’s crude oil rose 0.86% to US$44.38 per barrel in Asian trading this morning while gold fell 0.14% to US$1,106.10 per ounce.

Bank Negara Indonesia dropped 2.25%, Bank Central Asia fell 1.86%, Bank Danamon lost 1.01%, Bumi Serpong Damai declined 2.33%, Indofood shed 2.35%, Vale Indonesia slashed 1.61%, Indocement dropped 2%, Semen Indonesia lost 1.47%, Jababeka fell 1.07%, and Unilever Indonesia dropped 2.36%.
