JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.67% to 4443 at early trade this morning inline with regional markets.

Asian stocks gained early on Friday, after the markets were given some breathing space when the European Central Bank hinted of more monetary policy easing, while crude oil extended an overnight rally, Reuters reported.

Chinese shares tried to rally on Friday as hopes for more policy stimulus in Europe and Japan offered a much-needed but tenuous reprieve to oil and global equities.

Nymex’s crude oil rose 0.71% to US$29.74 per ounce and gold rose 0.12% to US$1,099.50 per ounce.

Adaro Energy gained 2.2%, Astra Agro rose 1.83%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia hiked 1.62%, Bank Negara Indonesia lifted 2.05%, Vale Indonesia surged 3.25%, Indocement climbed 2.06%, Indofood rose 2.2%, London Sumatra added 2.34%, and Perusahaan Gas Negara gained 3.18%.
