JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – IDS Holdings Ltd, South Korea-based financial service company, is set to acquire PT Nusantara Capital (NC) Securities.
Both parties have signed memorandum of understanding (MoU), including the cooperation in technology development, the internet-based stocks trading (online trading).
In the future, both parties will develop online trading using mobile application, targeting young generation.
Founded in 1990, NC Securities operates as a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Capital.
