JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Ministry of State-owned Enterprises (SoE) has plan to resume the flight of Merpati airline after stop operation since February 2014.
Aloysius K. Ro, deputy of SoE, said Merpati’s debt totals Rp1.4 trillion, including Rp300 billion salary of its staffs.
Aloysius said the SoE ministry will seek the potential investor to invest in Merpati, instead of the equity injection and equity swap.
