HONG KONG (Yosefardi) – Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd sold a total of 41,543 cars last month, grew by 27% from May 2012, but down 7% from April 2013.
Emgrand EC7 model contributed 14,811 units last month, surged by 52% from May 2012.
Total sales volume in the first five months of 2013, meanwhile, grew 22% from the corresponding period of 2012. That means Geely has achieved 41% of the full year sales volume target of 560,000 units in 2013.
Export sales, meanwhile, soared 39% to 9,110 units last month, while domestic sales grew by 23% to 32,433 units.
