BEKASI (Indonesia Today) – Gapura Prima Group targets its property projects to reach Rp1.45 trillion this year, Investor Daily reported this morning.
Gunarso Margono, owner of the Group, said the market demand for property will be remain positive and continue growing for Indonesia. “At the moment, property business is not bubble,” he said.
Gunarso said Gapura Prima’s projects, running for this year, include BTC City valuing Rp600 billion, condominium and hotel (condotel) projects Rp200 billion and 5 hotels project Rp400 billion.
