JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Electronic City Indonesia Tbk (ECII) dropped 4.9% to Rp3,850 in its trading debut this morning, inline with market correction. At this price, it has market capitalization of Rp5.1 trillion.
The company listed 1.33 billion shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and offered 333.33 million shares to public investors, priced at Rp4,050 per share. It raised Rp1.35 trillion from the offering.
As of December 2012, ECII’s assets totaled Rp468.64 billion while liability amounted Rp242.97 billion. It booked net profit of Rp125 billion on revenue of Rp1.43 trillion.
