JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) plans to work on phase 2-office project at Ciputra World Jakarta area which costs Rp1.2 trillion.
The project covering 80,000 m2 will start construction by mid of this year, Investor Daily reported this morning. The groundbreaking of the project is scheduled for July. The project is expected to complete its construction by 2017.
While the phase-1 project of Ciputra World Jakarta consists of offices, hotel, mall, and apartment.
CTRP booked net profit of Rp359.13 billion in first nine months of this year, jumped 133% from Rp154.59 billion in the same period of last year. Revenues surged 150% to Rp1.1 trillion from previous Rp440.59 billion.
