Citi and UBS have been appointed as the joint global coordinators. BofA Merrill Lynch joins Citi and UBS as joint lead managers and bookrunners of the Notes.
“The Company intends to use the proceeds of the New Notes to primarily fund existing and new property projects and land acquisition and for general corporate purposes,” the company said in a disclosure to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong this morning.
The company has on November 23, 2012 issued US$125 million 13.875% Senior Notes due 2017 (Original Notes). (Indonesia Today)
