JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia Bloomberg TV, the subscription-based business television channel, can be accessed freely by Indonesian audiences through 20 local television channels in Indonesia.

Adithya Chandra Wardhana, the CEO of Indonesia’s Bloomberg TV, and Bambang Santoso, the CEO of PT Cahaya Televisi Indonesia (CTV), had last Friday (Feb 21) signed an partnership agreement.

The Indonesian version of American-based cable business news television channel would air a great variety of business news from various regions in Indonesia by sharing news content with the 18 local television channels under PT CTV.

Before, Indonesian Bloomberg TV had signed similar sharing-content-based agreements with Depok TV (PT Depok Televisi) from West Java and Arek TV (PT Arek Surabaya Telivisi Jatim) from East Java.

The 18 local television channels are CTV Banten (The Greater Jakarta-Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi), Celebes TV (Minahasa), Siger TV (Lampung), BCTV (Bandung), Carlita TV (Pandeglang), Cirebon TV (Cirebon), Delapan TV (Balikpapan), Lampura TV (Kotabumi Lampung), Molluca TV (Ambon), Cahaya TV (Kudus), CTV Menado (Menado), Centro TV (Jambi), Gamalama TV (Ternate), Ciremai TV (Kuningan), Cindai TV (Tanjung Pinang), CCTV (Indramayu), Cendawan TV (Riau) and also Sembilan TV (Banjarmasin).

This agreement would give the opportunity to local Indonesian entrepreneurs to expose their business to the global market. (oktofani@yosefardi.biz)
