JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.12% to 5,040.30 this morning while regional markets were mixed. Korea’s KOSPI gained 1.2%.
Nymex’s crude oil fell 0.5% to US$92.99 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
In Jakarta bourse, Bank Rakyat Indonesia jumped 4.79%, Bank Negara Indonesia rose 0.93%, Bank Mandiri increased 0.48%, Telkom added 0.85%, Astra International gained 0.95%, and Perusahaan Gas Negara advanced 0.8%.
Other gainers were Suparma (+4.84%), Kawasan Industri Jababeka (+6.67%), Saranacentral Bajatama (+1.37%), Bumi Serpong (+2.31%), and Ultra Jaya Milk (8.09%). (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
