JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) booked net profit of Rp883 billion in 2013, declined 19.5% from Rp1.09 trillion in 2012.
Operating revenue increased 12% to Rp6.78 trillion from previous Rp6.05 trillion. While profit sharing disbursement rose 8.2% to Rp2.13 trillion from earlier Rp1.97 trillion.
The cost for provision of assets write-off increased jumped 67% to Rp1.02 trillion from Rp608.2 billion in 2012. Operating expenses rose to Rp2.75 trillion from previous Rp2.39 trillion.
The bank’s assets grew by 16% to Rp63.93 trillion from Rp54.23 trillion in 2012.
