JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng) has set coupon at 11.75-12.4% for its subordinated bonds debt (subdebt) worth Rp500 billion.
The subdebt has tenor of 7 years. The offering is scheduled for December 17, 2015.
As at June 2015, the bank’s liability reached Rp42.89 trillion, of which third party funds accounted for Rp39.96 trillion.
Bank Jateng needs Rp2 trillion fund to bring into BUKU 3 category of banks with minimum core capital of Rp5 trillion.
