JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Agrarian and Spatial Planning Ministry (ATR/BPN) has succeed the quick service for land permits, as a part of the implementation of the government’s third economic package.
Minister of ATR/BPN Ferry Mursyidan Baldan said in press statement that investors can first propose the investment, then prepare the required documents which must be submitted within 5 days.
Meanwhile the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) is set to start a three-house service for those who seek permits for land use on Oct. 26.
BKPM Head Franky Sibarani said on Friday last week that his office had cooperated with the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Ministry to succeed the quick service for land permits.
