JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) plans to distribute interim dividend of Rp2.67 trillion, or Rp66 per share, for 2012 fiscal year.
The dividend will be distributed to shareholders recorded in November 7, 2012. Cum dividend at regular and negotiated market is scheduled for Ocotber 19, 2012 while cum dividend at cash market is scheduled for October 23, 2012.
Astra booked net profit of Rp9.7 trillion in the first quarter of 2012, increased 13% from Rp8.6 trillion in the same period of last year.??
Revenue also rose 26% to Rp95.9 trillion from 76.3 trillion in the first half of 2011. ASII was traded flat at Rp7,350 per share on Monday (Sept 24). (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
