JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) has secured loan of US$400 million from syndicated banks led by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI).
The syndicated banks consist of JP Morgan, Raiffeisen Bank International, and Standard Chartered. APEX will use the loan for repaying debts and funding its working capital.
APEX booked net profit of US$21.8 million in first half of this year, on revenue of US$123.38 million. It had released the financial report for nine months to September of this year.
