JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Publicly listed eatery and entertainment company PT Eatertainment International (SMMT) expects to complete divestment of Papa Rons Pizza and Amigos restaurant outlets this month.
Chrismasari Dewi Sudomo, SMMT corporate secretary, said in press statement today that the company is now looking for opportunity to do business related to coal mining including management consultancy, heavy equipment lease and the management of road and port.
She said the company now can focus on coal mining after completing acquisition of PT Rajawali Resources and PT Nagamas Makmur Jaya.
By the acquisition, SMMT indirectly holds 85% stake in PT Triaryani and 39% stake in PT Internasional Prima Coal (IPC).
