JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI upsizes its marketing sales target to Rp5.6 trillion this year, from initial target of Rp4.2 trillion.

The company had booked marketing sales of Rp3.13 trillion in first half of this year, representing 56% of this year’s target.

Along with sales target revision, Alam Sutera also increased its capital expenditure (capex) to Rp3.2 trillion from initial Rp2.5 trillion.

The company expects to book net profit of Rp700-800 billion in first half of this year, a 52% rise compared to Rp523.3 billion in the corresponding period of last year. While revenue is targeted to reach Rp1.7 trillion to Rp1.8 trillion, compared to Rp1.1 trillion a year earlier.
