JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shipping firm PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD) suffered net loss of US$16.22 million in first half of 2016, significantly widened from loss US$679 thousand in the same period of 2015.
Revenues declined 31%$ to US$17 million. Operating cost meanwhile soared to US$11.15 million from previous year US$23 thousand. Currently
LEAD’s existing contracts reach US$95 million.
Shipping firm PT Pelayaran Tempuran Mas Tbk, or Temas Line, plans to purchase 3 units of vessels (2.500 TEUS–3.000 TEUS) at cost of US$21 million, to support the government’s sea toll program. Currently Temas Line operates 27 units of containers/vessels.
